Prospective homeowners can look forward to securing their dream dwellings in sought-after locations such as Vasant Kunj, Loknayak Puram, Dwarka, Sector 19B, and Sector 14.

Dwarka’s Sector 19B is poised to become a hub of luxury living, boasting over 1,100 opulent apartments, including prestigious penthouses and high-income group (HIG) residences. Positioned to offer breathtaking views of the future DDA golf course, these residences will be made available for purchase through an exclusive online auction.

For those seeking mid-income group (MIG) housing, the spotlight turns to Loknayakpuram and Sector 14, Dwarka. A total of 647 apartments in Loknayakpuram and 316 MIG apartments in Sector 14 will be up for grabs, promising a blend of comfort and affordability.

Meanwhile, the First Come First Serve (FCFS) method will govern the allocation of more than 28,000 homes in Narela, spanning various categories. Loknayakpuram will feature 224 economically disadvantaged section (EWS) flats, while Sector 14, Dwarka, will offer 1008 EWS flats. Additionally, Sector 19B, Dwarka, will witness the availability of 316 low-income group (LIG) flats and 728 EWS flats.

This housing initiative not only caters to the diverse socio-economic spectrum but also introduces a mix of modern living options in prime locations. As the DDA opens the doors to these housing opportunities, prospective homeowners are encouraged to explore the array of choices and secure their future residences in the heart of Delhi’s thriving real estate landscape.

The DDA has announced the sale of a total of 1,130 luxury flats, featuring 14 penthouses, 170 super HIG residences, and 946 HIG flats in Dwarka 19B. Notably, the sale of these sought-after properties will be exclusively conducted through the e-auction mode. The luxurious penthouses, designed as five-bedroom duplex apartments with a spacious plinth area of 424 square meters, offer a scenic view of the upcoming DDA golf course. Officials anticipate these residences will be ready for occupancy by the end of December or early January.
